Basic Home Inspection
- InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)
- Florida Home Inspector License #HI11960
- B.A. Thomas Edison State University
The Basic home inspection concept was created to serve two purposes. One, to cater to those that plan to completely renovate a dwelling and are only interested in the core components of a home, and two, to serve as an affordable option and last line of defense prior to purchase for those who would otherwise have to forego a home inspection all together. While the basic home inspection does not cover many systems/components included with the 100-Point Home Inspection, it’s certainly better to have this limited inspection completed as opposed to foregoing an inspection all together.
A Basic home inspection is a visual inspection of accessible roofing components, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components but also includes exterior walls & foundation. This inspection is far less in scope than our 100-Point Inspection and does not include: interior components, kitchens and bathrooms, garage, irrigation, infrared, pest inspection, and built-in appliances.
Basic Home Inspection Fee: $225.00
